The education process outsourcing is the most important and latest trend in the field of education quality up gradation.  Of lately quality has become a major and great concern for the educationists and academicians throughout the World; specifically India.  The meaning of quality has to be seen in three important terms: Measurability of quality, productivity and the impact on the society.  Most important factor is the assessment of the quality- once the quality is delivered.  However, the biggest problem is that the actual assessors are not the educationists or academicians, rather they are smaller-time administrators posted at different echelons of administration at the posts of registrars and deputy registrars.  Not going to far; the most revered profiles in the Universities are politically motivated in present day context.

The educational assessors should posses the knowledge of the teaching process, content development process, teacher recruitment process, annual performance indicator checking process, knowledge of the research dimensions and the student evaluation process.  The result is a big gap.  The basic reason for this gap is that the government doesn’t have a clear idea/ logic as to who should be the actual assessor and who showed be the actual implementer in the delivery process of education.
Government is neither in a position to decide whether they want researchers, teachers or the trainers.  Education has more of ornamental value for the most of the administrators rather than a social responsibility attached to it.
The finest way to ‘get through’ and ‘get away’ from this responsibility is to put the blame on the teacher’s: Who doesn’t have the power to retaliate neither reply with stark opposition.  Thus, in most of the situation, instead of assigning the accountability and responsibility to the administrators; teachers are made the scapegoats who are not even involved in the process of educational planning and process control.  However these things have very little of value to the discussed here, the most important is what should be the future of education and the future lies in education process outsourcing
Education process outsourcing is a system to which a parallel line of education process is created; where various sections of an educational institution/university/or a college are outsourced and the core staff of the particular institution is made to focus exclusively on the quality implementation.  When the core staff of the particular institution focuses on the quality implementation and the outsourced agency functions parallel, it becomes easier for the institution to maintain higher efficiency for the people working in the institution.
This system has several advantages: It saves cost; it increases the efficiency of the system, saves time and is extremely beneficial for the students who get the opportunity to have direct interaction and interface with the quality educationists.  It also helps the actual education imparter; ‘teachers’ to focus exclusively on the process of research and teaching rather than investing their quality time in unnecessary documentation which wastes time and exhausts the energy unnecessary.
The future of education in India belongs to education process outsourcing.  It should be started initially from the examination process outsourcing.  This experimentation can be slowly brought to different other processes such as content development section where the content is separately developed by a particularly outsource department.  Next it can be focused upon the training of the teachers and the faculty to upgrade the quality.

Furthermore counseling can also be outsourced.  Student counseling and mentoring can be outsourced to quality and specialized professionals. Once collectively the institution gets a feel of outsourcing:- all sections can be outsourced leaving apart the core department and team who invests the entire time on the finances and the human resource development.  Together and collectively we can make better education system in India.
